After every removal, a client will receive a request from us to leave a review as well as to let us know if there is anything that we should be aware of. In the early days, this feedback combined with our own experience allowed us to create various user guides & videos for the benefit of all.
This detailed information is often referenced in the feedback that we get, particularly within the online reviews. We appreciate however that it’s not for everyone…but it’s there for when it’s needed.
“They Ask You Answer” (Marcus Sheridan) is the philosophy that underpins so much of what we do such that when the question does pop into your head, we’ve already got the answer ready for you. That’s also why we are just in the process of setting up a new campaign seeking more input & feedback from the most recent customers under the guise of “what’s the one thing you wished you’d known?”.
